The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, purposes
within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
The specific purposes for which the Corporation is organized include, but are not limited to, providing affordable holistic wellness services to the residents of Summit County, Colorado. These services shall encompass:
●Professional psychotherapy and mental health counseling services.
● Educational workshops and community programs focused on mental wellness, mindfulness, and emotional health.
● Complementary and alternative wellness services designed to support overall health and well-being.
